This modern office building connected to Lowry House, was built in 1973 and is a classic example of 20th century architecture and was designed by famous architects Robert Swift and Partners. It was built on the site originally occupied by the Lloyd Entwistle Bank which later became the Manchester and Liverpool District Bank.
