Kevin Crotty

Kevin Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte working in their Assurance and Advisory department where he spent four years, specialising in the property and automotive sectors. He joined Bruntwood five years ago.
Kevin oversees the financing of the company and has most recently lead the re-financing of the entire group via a £440m CMBS Bond Issue. He is also responsible for treasury management and hedging the company's interest rate exposure. Other functions include corporation tax compliance and planning and financial modeling.
Kevin is a season ticket holder at Manchester City. He spends regular weekends away playing golf and enjoys watching most sports, especially football and cricket. He’s also a keen skier and enjoys dining out regularly.
