Bruntwood purchase Hepworth House

Monday, February 6th, 2006, saw Bruntwood complete on its purchase of Hepworth House in Leeds city centre. The 10-storey, 45,000 sq.ft, office property located on Clay Pit Lane in the heart of the civic quarter has been purchased completely vacant from property developers Unite. This is Bruntwood's 3rd office property acquisition in Leeds, following the purchase of WESTONE and West Gate in 2004.

Hepworth House is now subject to a complete redevelopment scheme at the hands of Bruntwood's in house building team. This will include complete internal suite refurbishment, new lifts, comfort cooling, a reception scheme and full external redecoration.
