Law firm hattrick at Westone

Bruntwood successfully exchanged on another letting at its WESTONE office development on Wellington Street, in Leeds city centre. The 17,187sq.ft (1,597m2) letting to the global IT function of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary (DLA Piper) comprises a floor and a half and completes a hattrick of lettings to law firms in the building, which is also home to Keypoint and Ricksons Solicitors.

Peter Clinker, from DLA Piper, explained the decision to relocate from their former offices on Park Row. "We’ve been looking to expand in Leeds for a while now, specifically for a flexible space with high quality facilities. We believe WESTONE offers both, in a building that looks great and I’m sure our staff will love it."

Bruntwood’s operations are currently expanding rapidly in Leeds. Having just completed on the purchase of the 44,000 sq.ft Hepworth House, which is to be completely and speculatively refurbished into high specification office space, the north of England property firm is confidently making its mark on the Leeds office market.
