Bruntwood celebrates record lettings in Liverpool

Bruntwood have completed 140,000sq.ft of lettings across its Liverpool portfolio throughout 2006, and celebrated the strongest year since its first acquisition in the city 18 years ago. It is a clear sign of the company’s ever-expanding presence in the city.

The space was let to 28 companies, with the size of the space taken ranging from 250 to 35,000sq.ft across one floor. Twenty-three of the companies were new to the Liverpool portfolio, and the other five either expanded or re-located within the portfolio.

Bruntwood also made its largest letting in the Liverpool portfolio to date, with the Home Office taking 44,205sq.ft across one and half floors in The Plaza. Bruntwood had just 12 weeks to have the space refurbished and ready for occupation.
