Meeting rooms for hire. Bruntwood launch The Red Rooms™

Bruntwood have launched a network of over 60 meeting rooms, for hire in their office buildings throughout Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds. The Red Rooms™ as they are known, cater for meetings for 2 up to 110 people and can be hired from as little as one hour.

Bruntwood’s head of marketing Simon Scott commented “Business people who travel across the country or simply want a change from their own meeting rooms deserve more than a noisy coffee shop, hotel or traditional meeting venue. The Red Rooms™ are top quality meeting rooms in some of the regions most prestigious office buildings. They offer professional business environments coupled with 5 star hotel quality service and catering.”

Each Red Room has the latest audio visual equipment and in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds customers have access to the latest video conferencing technology. Simon Scott commented “Gone are the days when hiring a meeting room means you have to transport your bulky projection equipment. The Red Rooms™ have plasma screens so you can literally arrive and get down to business.”

Many Red Rooms come with the latest audio visual technology. Simon Scott commented “Technology has really moved on. Jerky pictures and stinted audio are problems of the past. We’re finding many of our customers are using this service as a way of cutting out unnecessary travel and to reduce their carbon footprint. “

Each Red Rooms hire comes with complimentary refreshments, delegate stationary and in the case of larger meeting rooms AV equipment. Simon Scott commented “It’s important our customers know exactly what they are getting and so we are very transparent with our pricing. There are too many examples of providers promoting attractive price but them charging for AV equipment and refreshments. You can hire a Red Room from as little as £8.50 for an hour and be confident your tea, coffee, water stationary and AV equipment are included.”

During the next 6 months, Bruntwood will add a further 20 meeting rooms will be added to the Red Rooms, giving their customers and the broader business community even greater choice across the north.
