Bruntwood Win Regional Property Developer of the Year Award in Liverpool

Bruntwood have been awarded Property Developer of the year at the Liverpool Daily Post Regional Property Awards. The awards are in their 4th year, and have become highly regarded within the Merseyside Property Sector. The Property Developer of the Year awarded recognises those who offer the greatest contribution to the regions prosperity.

Over 2007 Bruntwood invested over 9m into new developments across Merseyside with a further 14m to be invested over 2008, in schemes at The Plaza, St Hugh’s in Bootle, Number 1 Dale Street and Oriel Chambers.
Bruntwood’s new developments are complimented by on-going investment in the region through the provision of high quality office space and world class customer service. The strength of Bruntwood’s flexible and customer focused offering is reflected by the fact that during 2007 they secured 30% of all commercial property deals within Liverpool city centre.

Director of Asset Management in Liverpool, Stephen Morris said “2007 was one of our busiest years yet. The diversity of our development activity across Merseyside was incredible, but more importantly we retained over 81% of our customers. It’s the people and their businesses who offer the greatest asset to any region, and Bruntwood are proud to support the businesses of Merseyside by delivering a product and service that matches their needs”.

The awards took place on Friday 11th April at the BT Convention Centre on Liverpool’s Albert Docks.
