Northern property firm Bruntwood has begun strip out works in preparation for a Grade A refurbishment at 14 King Street, its fourth building in Leeds.
The building, purchased by office provider Bruntwood in 2007, was previously occupied by Ernst & Young and was known as Block C Cloth Hall Court. The 39,000 sq ft property is in a prominent position on the city centre loop, in close proximity to Leeds City Station and just a few minutes’ walk from some of the north of England’s finest shopping.
14 King Street, due for completion in October this year, will provide office space on flexible terms from 1 desk up to 38,000 sq ft along with meeting rooms available for hire from as little as one hour.
If you would like more information on 14 King Street or any of Bruntwood’s other products please contact Craig Burrow on 0113 203 1420.
