Is it a bird, is it a plane, no it’s a Superlambanana!

A superlambanana was spotted scaling Bruntwood’s The Plaza on Old Hall Street last week. The creature is the first of many superlambanana’s to appear in usual places across Liverpool this summer, as part of the Go Superlambananas trail which kicks off on Monday. The trail is a highlight event in Liverpool’s Capital of Culture year and will see 119 of Liverpool’s beloved Icon, the Superlambanana, displayed across the city.

Bruntwood are presenting partner of the event. Bruntwood Director David Guest said, “We're thrilled to be involved in Gosuperlambanana’s, it’s a fantastic expression of Liverpool’s sense of fun and something everyone can enjoy. We’ve had great fun with our flock of Superlambanana's and it was good to see one of them lend a hand with the window cleaning! We can’t wait to see the city transformed this summer and we’re keeping our eyes peeled for more superlambananan's popping in unusual places”

Trail maps are available across the city in Bruntwood’s office buildings as well as the 08 Place on Whitechapel and the Merseytravel centre. They can also be downloaded from www.bruntwood.co.uk/pasturesnew.

As presenting partner Bruntwood are also offering the chance for people to win their own, much coveted, limited edition mini superlambanana, giving one away everyone month until the trail finishes in September. To enter visit www.bruntwood.co.uk/pasturesnew
