We offer some of the highest quality offices to be found in Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester and Leeds. Across our 80 buildings we have over 800 customers from a range of sectors. We offer our customers the ‘flexibility’ to take a lease with us from 12 months to 25 years, from one desk to an entire building.

We have found that for the majority of businesses, their requirements will change over time and this is where our large portfolio comes into play as ‘A relationship is with Bruntwood, not the building.’ Put simply, this means that if your business changes and you need to expand or contract it's very likely we can help you move within our fast growing selection of 80 buildings.

We provide a free planning service and if you’d like, our surveyors will project manage the entire process meaning you and your staff can focus on your business. As part of our project management service we’ll also help you select and procure any furniture you may need, in many cases helping make considerable savings thanks to our buying power.

Dedicated Customer Service Teams at our buildings

Unlike most other property companies we don’t outsource any core part of our business. We employ dedicated Customer Service Teams at our buildings, who operate as general managers for the building, with full responsibility for all day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.

The team will welcome both you and your customers to the building. They hold regular customer forums and 1:1’s to ensure their customer's needs are being met and deal with all of the maintenance issues at the building, leaving our customers free to get on with their business. These people are invaluable to our business but more importantly they are invaluable to our customers, whose testimonials appear throughout this website.
