Located on Oxford Road on the fringe of Manchester city centre, Oxford House forms part of the Manchester Technology Centre. This superb location ensures a variety of amenities and excellent transport links, including a regular bus service is available within a stone throw away, for your office occupiers’ convenience. The modern reception area is fully glazed creating a bright and welcoming space to meet and greet your office visitors.
There is a selection of high specification offices available at the building and these can be tailor designed and created by our project management team to meet your office requirements.
Office leases are available on a flexible basis, meaning you can take out a lease from 1 to 25 years and anything in-between. If you need to up or downsize your office space then you can do so with relative ease. Bruntwood have 90 office buildings located throughout Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham, which you can relocate to, within the terms of your lease.
The on-site customer service team is here to make our office customers’ lives easier on a daily basis. They are responsible for managing the building and answering the queries of both office staff and their visitors.

Manchester Technology Centre is located next to Mancunian Way and has housed the National Computing Centre since 1966 when it became home to the first computer in Manchester.
